Returns & Refunds policy

In the unlikely event that you may wish to return your item you have 14 days from delivery in which to inform me and a further 14 days in which to return the item in it’s original condition. Please use a 'tracked' delivery service.

The cost of the return and any transaction fees are the buyers responsibility unless the goods are faulty.

Please inform me of your decision by e-mail or using my contact form.

I will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which I receive the returned goods. I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 28 days.

  • The goods are in the original condition.

Payment & Shipping

We use PayPal to process payments. You may use your credit / debit card. A PayPal account is not required.

If you encounter any problems please contact us.

Orders are usually despatched within 48hrs. We always use a tracked service, normally Royal Mail if weight and size allow.

Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail ‘Tracked’.

Local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and should be considered before purchasing.
